Everybody needs a fitness baseline. Without one, how would you know what areas of your body, mind or soul needed improving? Without one, how would you know if there has  actually been any improvement? So let us determine your baseline. My comprehensive evaluation is our first essential step to create a personalized program! We’ll ascertain your level of fitness and health, measure your body composition, examine your nutrition and exercise habits.

During your assessment we look at:

  • Current level of strength and conditioning.
  • Past exercise history.
  • Past and current nutritional habits.
  • Any health concerns or past injuries.
  • Digestive health.
  • Hormone balance.
  • Cardiovascular health.

You must know where you are before we decide where you are going.  This allows us to develop a fitness regime that is specific and customized for you – not some cookie cutter program.  My goal is to get you into the best condition so that you excel and get the most rewarding results. We Set Your Fitness Goals

Your goals can be as diverse as the individual.  While some goals are more universal – remove body fat, improve overall shape, build muscle and strength, have more energy, feel better and be healthier! All of these can improve your quality of life and increase longevity. We can work together to improve other issues such as range of motion and decreasing nagging pain, all while increasing your strength and flexibility.

Together we set daily, weekly, monthly and long term goals.  We make sure we both understand what we wish to accomplish with your fitness and conditioning goals. Then focus on achieving those goals! You must therefore carefully choose a conditioning goal you can reach. A goal that’s realistic for you..not for Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Now we go to work on your fitness and conditioning goals – there is no way around it!  Achieving your goals requires time, energy and effort.  Every individual’s workouts, training and nutrition programs are designed specifically for you.  We will be laser focused on your fitness goals by seeking some measurable amount of progress each day is the key to getting your long term goals achieved and staying motivated.

I am dedicated to realistic goals that are right for you. Getting stronger takes surprisingly little time. In most cases, only four hours a week. On the other hand, getting stronger takes a lot of dedication. Start out right, pace yourself and measure your progress along the way.  This is where Strong Human Conditioning comes in, because you must not do any of this alone.
